  1. I really enjoyed looking through your last few posts to see how a mitten comes together! I haven’t yet worked out how to knit anything that doesn’t come out in one piece.

    • Aww, thanks! I’ve been enjoying your posts on the other side of the world! The flap was super easy to sew – I used locking stitch markers to hold it in place & try it on until it fit the way I wanted (having stripes made it a breeze to line up), and used the long tail I’d left to sew it on, weaving the yarn in the same color stripe.
